Featherweight boxer Figueroa arrested for DWI

Being accused of intoxicated driving in Texas can have immediate and far-reaching implications. Figueroa was released on his own recognizance

After posting a $1,000 bond, Figueroa was released from jail on his own recognizance. He will now have to keep his promise to attend scheduled hearings. While Figueroa has a previous arrest on his criminal record involving a trespassing charge with no property damage, the case was dismissed.
